Wow, I get to live and paint on a lake in Northeast Wisconsin! What a blessing it is to live in a cottage with such beautiful surroundings. A friend of mine once stated, 'Do you realize if you are lucky and live to be eighty, you only get to experience each season of the year eighty times?' Since I love to paint, especially outdoors, I remember her words every day as I happily experience all four seasons at my easel.
